I am passionate about releasing the potential that exists within every organisation and their teams. I specialise in helping leaders to reimagine what they are aiming to achieve, what impact they need to make, and what practical issues need their focus. My aim is to help leaders to see their purpose and role far more simply.

 

I have 20 years’ experience of working within businesses, holding operations, strategy, marketing and project roles. At Costa Coffee I led the turnaround of Costa’s Russian business, led the strategic international operating plan & established Costa’s global operational brand measurement system. I was a leading member of a team that opened 18 new countries, during a period that saw the business grow by 25% year on year for 7 years running.

 

Today I work with high growth business and charity leaders to provide strategic direction in practical ways.

 

I have worked on 100’s of assignments ranging from strategic reviews and product launches, through to leadership coaching and team development.
