Helping leaders make a real difference

Helping leaders make a real difference
Leadership in the developing world
We are drawn to work in the developing world both to contribute to projects and programmes where our gifts and experience can make a difference, and to learn from the people we work with.
Examples of projects & programmes

Sierra Leone
Working with leaders selected from Government, Business & Not for Profits to enable them to collaborate in combatting corruption, and to initiate projects that impact society at a local and national level.
Kyrgyzstan
Leadership workshops for entrepreneurs to help them ‘break’ from a directive soviet model of leadership and to enable them to inspire and motivate their employees.
Romania
Facilitating leadership workshops for the management teams of clinics offering care to the terminally ill and those with life limiting diseases.
Uganda
Facilitating stronger collaboration between the managers & staff of an orphanage, a medical centre and a church.
‘Guy brings authority and insight drawn from his diverse experience as a leader, years of helping other leaders, and his strong values. I appreciated the way he engaged his audience in an atmosphere where every person was respected, quickly building trust in a way that easily crossed cultures, and helped us speak honestly and openly. Through gently encouraging and challenging us to step out of our comfort zones, he enabled us to feel better equipped to truly ‘lead’.
Yvonne Aki-Sawyerr OBE, Mayor of Freetown
