Helping leaders make a real difference
Helping leaders make a real difference

'Achieving greater results as a leader requires a depth of trust and relationship.' Jackie Nelson

I am passionate about: developing people to realise their potential and achieve greater results than they might themselves expect; working with teams to optimise performance by building better relationships; and improving communications at all levels and across all areas of organisations. I love to help people understand and value their uniqueness and see how they can use it to develop their career and maximise their contribution to the business, whilst valuing differences in others to build stronger teams.
I spent seventeen years working in global private sector companies: with Unilever in a range of operational roles (Finance, Supply Chain, Change & Project Management) before moving to JP Morgan as vice president in Human Resources responsible for people development and talent management across Europe.
For the past twelve years my skills and experiences have been applied as a self-employed coach and consultant to the private and voluntary sectors, and a trustee for a number of charities in the UK and Central Asia. I am now working with leadership teams for not for profit organisations in developing countries to help them to set and implement their vision. I also facilitate leadership programmes and retreats.

"Jackie has a calming steady way about her. Her perceptive support clears a space in your head where things feel possible. I was left more aware of my own capacity which has grown in my time with her."
A personal coaching client.
